Been in today for an emergency appointment with Dr Hamza Ijaz, which I was able to book online early this morning.
They saw me on time and was able to give me options on what to do next & an idea of the cost too.
I had a Tooth Extraction, which he did quickly but gentle as possible, will definitely be back in the future for check up & any further dentist issues.
I also don’t enjoy dentist but felt very comfortable and all the team was very professional.

I had an emergency appointment almost instantly on Sunday and they were able to give me antibiotics I really needed! Then after the NHS were no longer able to follow through with my procedure, blackwater dental centre fit me in with an appointment the next day and were able to remove my wisdom tooth without any pain and within 10 minutes! Super kind and helpful staff. Will definitely return if I have any other issues!
The service I’ve received from Blackwater Dental Surgery has been excellent. Twice I’ve needed urgent treatment and they’ve accommodated me the same day or night. On one occasion treated me at 9:30pm the same day. I’ve not come across any surgery before that have been able to help me so promptly before. Honest, professional service

Had an emergency extraction done today. If you have any sort of anxiety disorder this is the best place for you - I was in and out in under 15 mins. No pain during the extraction, friendly staff and incredibly accommodating with the appointment! The only dentist I will ever use from now on.
After experiencing a bad tooth pain, I was referred by the NHS and received amazing service, ran through all the options, didn’t rush me into making a decision unlike most private dentists I’ve come across, manageable charges and great informative advice offered.

Absolutely wonderful dentist. The receptionist was really friendly on arrival which really helped. The dentist explained everything happening and genuinely calmed my nerves. 2 teeth removed within minutes with no pain at all. He told me what to do over next few days and said if any problems they were available 24/7. Changing to this dentist.

Before visiting this dental practice I was absolutely phobic of dental treatment (bad childhood experience) - having visited this surgery recently to have my wisdom tooth out, I can honestly say that I no longer have this fear! All of the staff I met have been professional, kind and very patient with me and I could not recommend these guys more to people who need to conquer any kind of nerves they may have towards dentistry!

Excellent treatment !! I was given an emergency appointment and expecting to need an extraction but after consultation was given more options. I have been quite phobic of dentists and left my problem for several years, so couldn’t believe my tooth could be saved. The procedure and equipment was very high-tech and everything seemed immediately to-hand. I was also able to talk through any issues I had and was given an extended appt. The service was very professional and friendly.

I had my tooth extracted from my registered dentist the week before and they fractured my Alveolar (gum bone). Blackwater dental surgery saw me on Saturday at 9pm and helped with the pain and again on Wednesday to fix the fracture and I’m now on the mend.
Fantastic that I could get an emergency appointment so late on a Saturday.

Breaking a tooth less than24hrs before going on holiday isn’t great. I found blackwater dental surgery online, I was hoping they could see me on a Saturday. I was not only seen but also treated within the hour. Couldn’t fault the service. Very friendly and relaxed environment. Would definitely recommend.

I have just returned from the centre after taking my partner there who was in alot of pain and honestly the best experience of an emergency dentist ever. Incredibly friendly, reassuring and of course great at what they do. The dentist removed 2 of his back teeth so easily with little discomfort and gave great advise for future plans. We will 100% be in touch to discuss his dentures.

We used the out of hours service last night when my daughter cracked her back tooth and it needed extracting. The dentist was brilliant, she was great with my daughter and done the job quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service offered and would recommend their out of hours service.

If I could leave 100 stars I would. I was seen 2 hours after filling in online form. Assessed tooth out, a second then 4 embedded roots within 2 minutes. I was afraid but treated with gentle care and reassurance. All staff are warm and kind. Aftercare is available 24/7. I'm so relieved, it was all so quick and the whole team were fantastic!

The staff were helpful, understanding and helped me so quickly. I have had immediate treatment for agonising pain and a root canal booked for Tuesday. Really easy to sort and accommodated quickly even though they are clearly busy as lots of patients in my short visit today. Dr Hamza was kind and clearly wanted to help me as I've been in so much pain and got let down elsewhere. It's really hard for me to have treatment but I made it through first stage and feel looked after despite the challenge of having necessary but painful treatment today. After having very sore gum pain since a hygienist appointment elsewhere, came here after searching for emergency dentist appointments. Wow I'm so happy I can officially say I'm changing dentist! Not only was the cost significantly less than what I'm currently paying (after being forced to go private from lack of NHS appointments) but it was beautifully clean and well maintained! I was seen quickly, given aftercare advice and what to do if it doesn't resolve! This dentist is a hidden gem!

Iv had a pain in my tooth for a while now and this morning it’s was too much so decided to get it sorted out I’m not very good with dentists but needed to do something so I called up and within an hour I got an appointment had an xray turns out I have 2 wisdom teeth and one had an infection within a couple minutes they where removed only felt a little pressure as it was infected but I’m very happy with the results and now pain free thank you so much would recommend and I will definitely be coming back
Refrain from engaging with the dental office. Our dental insurance plan we bought from the dentist covers teeth cleaning. This procedure we were unable to schedule due to a shortage of dental hygienists at this location. The office does not provide all services in-house, we were required to seek treatment from another dental facility, incurring additional expenses. Despite scheduling a filling appointment based on a cavity identified during x-rays, the office unexpectedly requested another set of x-rays upon our arrival, necessitating a rescheduled appointment. This deviation from the previously communicated plan is unacceptable.

I had an emergency and called the clinic at 9pm last night — they were able to get me in for an appointment first thing this morning at 8:15am!! Ahmed took care of me and was absolutely amazing. Took my son Brandon there on Thursday where he removed a tooth and back on the Friday removed another tooth which has sorted the problem the dentist is really nice would definitely recommend him and would travel myself to go there couldn't have got a better service
After being in agony for 4-5 days with no sleep or food, I used my NHS dentist and 3 different private dentists in Basingstoke with not one willing to help. Within 20 minutes Dr Hamza had my tooth removed, the next morning I still had some issues so went to see him again and again he was brilliant. Couldn't recommend this dentist practice enough!

I had severe tooth pain, managed to find this dentist on a Saturday late afternoon, to which they said to come in within an hour. They investigated the cause and advised me to remove the tooth in its condition. Im absolutely frightened of the dentist, they all made me feel at ease and the procedure overall was very professional. My tooth pain went away and they gave me some after care advice. I must say I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend to others should they need help.

I was in severe pain with my wisdom tooth which I was due to have removed the following week elsewhere but the pain was unbearable so I called Blackwater Dental as I saw they did emergency appointments, the receptionist was very helpful and she fitted me in for the very next day which was Easter Sunday. The dentist was so friendly and made me feel at ease he did all the necessary X-rays and scans and took my wisdom tooth out the same day. I highly recommend this Dental Practice the whole team from the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentists are amazing. Amazing service. Thank you!

I had toothache over the Easter Weekend and in the early hours I booked an appointment for early that same morning. I saw Dr Ahmed Amer who after taking an xray offered to extract the tooth. After 25 years of avoiding the dentist due to fear, I finally made an appointment as had a cavity. I contacted the clinic in the afternoon and was seen the next day at 11:00 am. The atmosphere was incredibly calming almost like a spa, which helped ease my nerves. The dentist was friendly and reassuring. The procedure, a medium filling costing £295, took about 30 minutes. It was far less daunting than I had imagined. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I recently visited after being recommended by a friend as i was suffering from a severe toothache, this was the only dental surgery who saw me within the hour. As soon as i walked in i was so impressed by how modern and fresh it looked. I was greeted by the lovely reception team who made me feel so welcome. I saw Dr Hamza who treated my toothache quickly and efficiently, i was so nervous but he immediately made me feel at ease. The prices are very reasonable and much lower than what ive seen elsewhere. Was given the option to either have an extraction or root canal. Both very extreme and expensive. Why remove a healthy tooth? I found another surgery , Olive Tree Dental, who were happy to save my tooth and remove the nerve. The cost was a third less too!

Website suggests £29 for emergency appointments, great I thought. Couldn't find any price's on their website or other information, got an appointment for the same day, then the x-ray is done and anesthetic in the gum and before I can say anything there's an ipad thrown towards me to sign my life away and get ripped off for £295 plus the £29!! Absolute joke.

One of the fastest dental extractions I had to date! 2 teeth extractions for just under 30mins? Not to mention the anaesthetic agent used to me worked really fast and has worked wonders during the procedure i had. Truly unbelievable! The reception staff is really nice and friendly and the dentist who looked after me (Dr. Ahmed) was very kind and understanding given that I have dental phobia — btw this dental appointment was done on a sunday (an emergency one) where all of the nearby dental clinics are closed. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who needs a dental appointment. 100 stars If only I could!

I can't believe how quickly I've been seen following a flare up of one of my teeth. I went online before 7 o'clock in the morning and started the process of booking an emergency appointment. I was telephoned within 5 minutes and had an appointment within 2 hours. I've been treated (extractions) straight away. Everything was explained in detail as was the cost. I am more than happy with what has happened and I'd recommend this establishment.

after ringing around too fine a reasonable but reputable company, I came across black water dental surgery, from the minute I rang, too me leaving there were absolutely amazing, after being in excruciating pain, they fitted me in for an emergency appointment and took my tooth out same day, couldn’t recommend them enough, and I’ll definately be back! I had a very pleasant experience at the dentist today! The dentist was so helpful, efficient and informative. He helped me make the best decision for my tooth, and I had it extracted with minimal pain and discomfort. It was a 10 minute procedure that I was so nervous about, but the dentist made it worry-free and very comfortable for me. I am really happy I chose this dentist and I will be returning in the future if needed:) Also, very pretty office, calm and elegant.

I was in severe pain before that for past 3 days, called 111 got absolutely no help apart from a few numbers to call, which, refused to see me. They said that they don’t have any slots. The doc had to incise the gums to expose it and then break it to scoop it out. He did his job very well
I won’t say that all of this was cheap but trust me it’s cheaper than many of the dental surgeries I researched about around camberley, farnborough and the neighbouring area. Of course not be compared with London ( which is very expensive )
My feedback : please prescribe some strong pain meds post op, in my case paracetamol and ibuprofen didn’t work, I had to go to emergency to ask for stronger pain meds

The ability to watch cartoons on the big screen in the treatment chair is very helpful for little kids, especially for those who are visiting for the first time. My son was even allowed to pick the cartoon he liked.
However, my son's dentist accidentally injured his lip, causing it to bleed, which scared my son. Additionally, some liquid they used made the injury more painful.
At the end, I was asked to leave a review. The lovely receptionist helped me open the correct page and, with a press of their hand, selected 5 stars. It felt like I had no choice... Even so, I would have left a review there.
But five minutes after we left, I received a call asking why I had left bad feedback. (I'm not sure what happened with their system, but the review the receptionist helped me leave wasn’t saved, or perhaps it was altered.)
I feel like I have no freedom to leave the review I want, or to not leave one at all.

Went for a hygienist visit and I was so impressed. The service was excellent and the team walk you through the procedure, including taking some before and after pictures. The refurbishment is amazing, it’s like walking into a spa! Everything is digital which is much easier than filling out forms too. My composite filling was replaced by Ahmed who explained my every option and was very understanding and listened to what I wanted, and even knew I was having heart palpitations (I thought I hid it so well, so much for my acting skills)

All very new practice but being totally honest and brutal ,I feel no different to when cleaning my own teeth ,my teeth do not feel smooth like they've done in the past ,this was a different hygienist and I've just paid £90.00 for the privilege which I feel is totally unjustified.
Excellent. Highly recommend, I had to have a tooth removed earlier in the year and now a root canal and crown. Other dentists normally struggle due to large roots, but Hamza seems to have no problem at all.

My Wife had severe pain in the back tooth. She was very anxious having suffered severe pain in her back tooth for past week or so. She saw Dr Hamza who made her feel at ease straight away, x-rays were taken and he explained that the tooth has decayed with infection present at the bottom of the tooth which needs root canal. He then proceeded with root canal which took about 30-40 minutes. No complications to wife since. Thanks once again Dr Hamza.

I saw Dr Hamza Ijaz with a toothache in my wisdom tooth. He was very welcoming and kind with me, as i am a very nervous patient. He put me at ease and explained the best course of action was to have the tooth extracted. He did it for me there and then and the care was brilliant, they talked me through the procedure and explained what they were doing the throughout. Afterwards I was a little in shock but they sat me in the waiting room, gave me a sugary drink and checked on me regularly. Even once I got home they phoned me to see if i was ok and again the following day. I would 100% recommend this practice.

Dr.Hamza is a very skilful and professional dentist. He always deliver exceptional care and treatments. He is very good in catching the cause of the problem and treating it. I have had multiple treatments done from him and I am always at ease going to him cause I know I’m in reliable hands. Appreciable experience. I was recommended to Dr. Hamza who previously had implants & was very pleased by his efforts. I had a failed root canal treatment of my front tooth. He took my tooth out & gave me a denture until wound gets healed. Later had an implant of front tooth & final result was magnificent. My friends & family were amazed with the outcome . I would extremely suggest for all implant needs .

I had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr Hamza. My wisdom tooth was completely horizontal on the x-ray. I think most dentist would have turned me away. Dr Hamza explained it would be a difficult extraction but that he can get it done. I was reluctant initially as I have always felt pain during previous dental procedures. The extraction was difficult but I was very impressed to not feel any pain during the procedure. The procedure went without any complications. At the same time I got fillings done. They have been perfect as well. I can’t recommend Dr Hamza enough!!

Dr Hamza looked after me when I had a dental abscess. It was easy to make an appointment and I was seen very quickly. Dr Hamza performed root canal treatment, and also fitted a crown subsequently. I have had a very good experience and outcome, and would very much recommend his services.

Dr Hamza is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field of general dentistry and implants. He has excellent communication skills and always delivers on the services he provides. He is also very compassionate and always aims to give his patients the results they want. The practice feels very luxurious and fresh, very modern and I was comfortable throughout my entire visit 10/10.
