Highly recommend Blackwater Dental! I cracked a tooth also a filling late on Christmas Eve and needed it dealt with. They responded straight away and got me in first thing on Christmas Day. Fantastic service, very nice modern practice and did a great job.
On the morning of Christmas Eve a swig of hot coffee tells me something is very wrong! In pain and aware that I have to do something soon I arrive at Blackwater Dental Surgery and meet the ever-freindly Dr Hamza Ijaz and his team. After a discussion I am given the opportunity to return late afternoon for the work to be done.Evening time Christmas Eve, no pain and able to enjoy my holiday.It simply doesn't get much better than that 😊

I was so impressed with my first visit to the surgery. I enquired online about an emergency appointment and was given a call back within 5 minutes and got a same day appointment.I had a very complicated wisdom tooth and cavity in my molar which Dr Amer spotted instantly and committed to getting these teeth out instantly which were causing me so much pain. He was reassuring through the whole procedure and so were the dental nurses.I was given very thorough aftercare and medications to help me with a speedy recovery. I am so grateful for the surgery’s time and help. Very professional and I felt very safe in their care! Best dentist I’ve ever visited.Thank you so much again - Lauren x

After suffering for a few days with my infected tooth i attended the surgery as an emergency on a saturday morning. Which was amazing. The dentist was very professional and dealt with the situation within a half an hour. The tooth was extracted very quickly and professionally with kindness and understanding.

after ringing around too fine a reasonable but reputable company, I came across black water dental surgery, from the minute I rang, too me leaving there were absolutely amazing, after being in excruciating pain, they fitted me in for an emergency appointment and took my tooth out same day, couldn’t recommend them enough, and I’ll definately be back! Really great service, noticed an abscess on my daughter’s gums while we were walking past. Walked in to see if we could get an appointment to get her seen and they saw her immediately and prescribed antibiotics.Really lovely staff on reception too and very friendly

I had a very pleasant experience at the dentist today! The dentist was so helpful, efficient and informative. He helped me make the best decision for my tooth, and I had it extracted with minimal pain and discomfort. It was a 10 minute procedure that I was so nervous about, but the dentist made it worry-free and very comfortable for me. I am really happy I chose this dentist and I will be returning in the future if needed:) Also, very pretty office, calm and elegant.
I had my wisdom teeth and one above it removed here yesterday. I was in severe pain before that for past 3 days, called 111 got absolutely no help apart from a few numbers to call, which, refused to see me. They said that they don’t have any slots. I started to have headaches and fever, felt lethargic ( signs of impending sepsis/ sepsis )My lymph nodes were getting enlarged gradually, I couldn’t eat, speak properly or sleep. The pain was getting more and more severe day by day, we travelled to a lot of places to get help at NHS, only to be refusedThen we called black water dental surgery, they kindly accepted on a very short notice, examined me and took tooth out, and frankly it wasn’t easy, the last molar was impacted and horizontally placed instead of being vertical, gums here very inflamed. The doc had to incise the gums to expose it and then break it to scoop it out. He did his job very wellI won’t say that all of this was cheap but trust me it’s cheaper than many of the dental surgeries I researched about around camberley, farnborough and the neighbouring area. Of course not be compared with London ( which is very expensive )My feedback : please prescribe some strong pain meds post op, in my case paracetamol and ibuprofen didn’t work, I had to go to emergency to ask for stronger pain medsOverall I really appreciate the help and the careI hope many find this review helpfulKind regardsDr Faizan
Very friendly dentists.I called them in the morning and got an emergency appointment for the same afternoon, which was very helpful — thank you very much for this!Even though it was an emergency appointment, we were still seen at the time we were booked, though we had to wait for another hour before getting treatment.The ability to watch cartoons on the big screen in the treatment chair is very helpful for little kids, especially for those who are visiting for the first time. My son was even allowed to pick the cartoon he liked.However, my son's dentist accidentally injured his lip, causing it to bleed, which scared my son. Additionally, some liquid they used made the injury more painful.At the end, I was asked to leave a review. The lovely receptionist helped me open the correct page and, with a press of their hand, selected 5 stars. It felt like I had no choice... Even so, I would have left a review there.But five minutes after we left, I received a call asking why I had left bad feedback. (I'm not sure what happened with their system, but the review the receptionist helped me leave wasn’t saved, or perhaps it was altered.)I feel like I have no freedom to leave the review I want, or to not leave one at all.Hopefully, my review will help the dentists improve.

Went for a hygienist visit and I was so impressed. The service was excellent and the team walk you through the procedure, including taking some before and after pictures. The refurbishment is amazing, it’s like walking into a spa! Everything is digital which is much easier than filling out forms too. Would highly recommend if you are local to Yateley/Blackwater/Frogmore areas.

I phoned this Dentist at 9.05am and got an emergency appointment at 9.30amI had been in constant pain for over 48 hours. Then I googled dental surgeries and liked that Blackwater dental surgery is local and the reviews were very good.I was seen by Dr Hamza Ijaz he explained my 2 options regarding the tooth, I choose extraction as in the future I will get an implant.I was very nervous but couldn't believe when the nurse put her hand on my shoulder and said it's done, it took literally seconds. Did not sleep!We were seen straight away and charged an affordable fee for an examination, X-ray and surgical extraction took 30 seconds!VERY Welcoming staff!
