I was so impressed with my first visit to the surgery. I enquired online about an emergency appointment and was given a call back within 5 minutes and got a same day appointment.I had a very complicated wisdom tooth and cavity in my molar which Dr Amer spotted instantly and committed to getting these teeth out instantly which were causing me so much pain. He was reassuring through the whole procedure and so were the dental nurses.I was given very thorough aftercare and medications to help me with a speedy recovery. After suffering for a few days with my infected tooth i attended the surgery as an emergency on a saturday morning. Which was amazing. The dentist was very professional and dealt with the situation within a half an hour. The tooth was extracted very quickly and professionally with kindness and understanding.

after ringing around too fine a reasonable but reputable company, I came across black water dental surgery, from the minute I rang, too me leaving there were absolutely amazing, after being in excruciating pain, they fitted me in for an emergency appointment and took my tooth out same day, couldn’t recommend them enough, and I’ll definately be back! Really great service, noticed an abscess on my daughter’s gums while we were walking past. Walked in to see if we could get an appointment to get her seen and they saw her immediately and prescribed antibiotics.Really lovely staff on reception too and very friendly

I had a very pleasant experience at the dentist today! The dentist was so helpful, efficient and informative. He helped me make the best decision for my tooth, and I had it extracted with minimal pain and discomfort. It was a 10 minute procedure that I was so nervous about, but the dentist made it worry-free and very comfortable for me. I am really happy I chose this dentist and I will be returning in the future if needed:) Also, very pretty office, calm and elegant.
I had my wisdom teeth and one above it removed here yesterday. I was in severe pain before that for past 3 days, called 111 got absolutely no help apart from a few numbers to call, which, refused to see me. They said that they don’t have any slots. I started to have headaches and fever, felt lethargic ( signs of impending sepsis/ sepsis )My lymph nodes were getting enlarged gradually, I couldn’t eat, speak properly or sleep. The pain was getting more and more severe day by day, we travelled to a lot of places to get help at NHS, only to be refusedThen we called black water dental surgery, they kindly accepted on a very short notice, examined me and took tooth out, and frankly it wasn’t easy, the last molar was impacted and horizontally placed instead of being vertical, gums here very inflamed. The doc had to incise the gums to expose it and then break it to scoop it out. He did his job very wellI won’t say that all of this was cheap but trust me it’s cheaper than many of the dental surgeries I researched about around camberley, farnborough and the neighbouring area. Of course not be compared with London ( which is very expensive )My feedback : please prescribe some strong pain meds post op, in my case paracetamol and ibuprofen didn’t work, I had to go to emergency to ask for stronger pain medsOverall I really appreciate the help and the careI hope many find this review helpfulKind regardsDr Faizan
Very friendly dentists.I called them in the morning and got an emergency appointment for the same afternoon, which was very helpful — thank you very much for this!Even though it was an emergency appointment, we were still seen at the time we were booked, though we had to wait for another hour before getting treatment.The ability to watch cartoons on the big screen in the treatment chair is very helpful for little kids, especially for those who are visiting for the first time. My son was even allowed to pick the cartoon he liked.However, my son's dentist accidentally injured his lip, causing it to bleed, which scared my son. Additionally, some liquid they used made the injury more painful.At the end, I was asked to leave a review. The lovely receptionist helped me open the correct page and, with a press of their hand, selected 5 stars. It felt like I had no choice... Even so, I would have left a review there.But five minutes after we left, I received a call asking why I had left bad feedback. (I'm not sure what happened with their system, but the review the receptionist helped me leave wasn’t saved, or perhaps it was altered.)I feel like I have no freedom to leave the review I want, or to not leave one at all.Hopefully, my review will help the dentists improve.

Went for a hygienist visit and I was so impressed. The service was excellent and the team walk you through the procedure, including taking some before and after pictures. The refurbishment is amazing, it’s like walking into a spa! Everything is digital which is much easier than filling out forms too. Would highly recommend if you are local to Yateley/Blackwater/Frogmore areas.

I phoned this Dentist at 9.05am and got an emergency appointment at 9.30amI had been in constant pain for over 48 hours. Then I googled dental surgeries and liked that Blackwater dental surgery is local and the reviews were very good.I was seen by Dr Hamza Ijaz he explained my 2 options regarding the tooth, I choose extraction as in the future I will get an implant.I was very nervous but couldn't believe when the nurse put her hand on my shoulder and said it's done, it took literally seconds. All very new practice but being totally honest and brutal ,I feel no different to when cleaning my own teeth ,my teeth do not feel smooth like they've done in the past ,this was a different hygienist and I've just paid £90.00 for the privilege which I feel is totally unjustified.
Excellent. Highly recommend, I had to have a tooth removed earlier in the year and now a root canal and crown. Other dentists normally struggle due to large roots, but Hamza seems to have no problem at all.

My Wife had severe pain in the back tooth. She was very anxious having suffered severe pain in her back tooth for past week or so. She saw Dr Hamza who made her feel at ease straight away, x-rays were taken and he explained that the tooth has decayed with infection present at the bottom of the tooth which needs root canal. He then proceeded with root canal which took about 30-40 minutes. No complications to wife since. Thanks once again Dr Hamza.

I went to see the dental therapist and hygienist Warda at the Blackwater dental surgery , I had an amazing experience there , very professional and very experienced therapist and hygienist , she explained everything very nicely and the procedure went very smooth. I've been seeing Dr Shawkat for the past 20 years and I've always received great dental treatment by her. Im an anxious patient and every visit Dr Shawkat has made me feel comfortable and at ease.Today i had a dental check up and was very impressed with the new refurb. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming which is lovely especially when your an anxious patient.Receptionists are also lovely and very helpful with finding appointments which fit my working hours.With all the staffs kindness and support my dental visits have become easier for me.Highly recommended.

I saw Dr Hamza Ijaz with a toothache in my wisdom tooth. He was very welcoming and kind with me, as i am a very nervous patient. He put me at ease and explained the best course of action was to have the tooth extracted. He did it for me there and then and the care was brilliant, they talked me through the procedure and explained what they were doing the throughout. Afterwards I was a little in shock but they sat me in the waiting room, gave me a sugary drink and checked on me regularly. Even once I got home they phoned me to see if i was ok and again the following day. I would 100% recommend this practice.

Full arch dental implants!Having decided nearly a year ago to make an investment for a healthier old age by having implants, I was so grateful that I could have the treatment Blackwater Dental & Implant Centre. It has been a long journey and sometimes a little challenging (mainly due to my aversion to a temporary denture) but the end result has been so worth it. Superb from start to finishI had my initial assessment with Blackwater Dental in February 2024, they immediately put me at ease and were none judgemental, the bone loss I had, had affected a lot of my teeth and I was relieved when they said they could help and I could have surgery.I had my surgery in May 24, data capture in July 24 and finals fitted in August 24. From start to finish the service from Blackwater Dental has been exceptional, professional and very efficient.I am so glad I chose them for my implant surgery and can’t recommend them highly enough. I was suffering with lot of pain in my teeth due to root canal failure with abscess .When I visited this clinic, Dr Hamza did extraction and I must say that it was painless and non traumatic. Appreciable experience. I was recommended to Dr. Hamza who previously had implants & was very pleased by his efforts. I had a failed root canal treatment of my front tooth. He took my tooth out & gave me a denture until wound gets healed. Later had an implant of front tooth & final result was magnificent. My friends & family were amazed with the outcome . A big thank you!I had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr Hamza. My wisdom tooth was completely horizontal on the x-ray. I think most dentist would have turned me away. Dr Hamza explained it would be a difficult extraction but that he can get it done. I was reluctant initially as I have always felt pain during previous dental procedures. The extraction was difficult but I was very impressed to not feel any pain during the procedure. The procedure went without any complications. At the same time I got fillings done. They have been perfect as well. I can’t recommend Dr Hamza enough!!
