Most AMAZING & wonderfully kind dentists I've ever been to. After 3 wrongly diagnosed Urgent care experiences at other PRIVATE dentists I FINALLY found this extremely competent & thorough dentists who extracted my tooth in a matter of minutes! I was booked, seen and treated all within about an hour. (8pm!!) Very kind dentist, little query on the price quoted in the chair pre and post extraction but for £100 extra the job had been done and so far I’m out of pain. My dentist was closed and 111’s advices were also not taking patients. Free parking and quick service.

Back in February I put my big boy pants on & made the decision to have implants done, full jaw upper and lower. I had a great experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, Samaa at reception was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made the whole check-in process smooth and made me feel at ease.

My dentist, Jasmine, was excellent. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was gentle throughout the treatment, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence.

2nd visit and what an experience. Injections worked fast in thought having a nerve root canal was going to be bad but nope once I had those glasses on with videos and music I was relaxed so relaxed I didn't realise it was finished. Realy good highly recommend them. I called for an emergncy i 2as in pain and tooth was half broken. NHS 111 said wait till tomorrow despite the pain. My own dentist said could not do anything till monday. I went to 5his practice and within 20 minutes the dentis took xray saw the issue extrac5ed the tooth professionaly and relived the pain. Great professional and careing service

I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Abdel at Blackwater Dental Surgery and received excellent care. He was professional, reassuring, and explained all my treatment options, recommending the most suitable and affordable one. Although the treatment was a little expensive, the excellent outcome made it worthwhile. The surgery was clean, the booking process was excellent, I had 2 calls straight after I entered my online query and the whole team was friendly and welcoming. A really good experience. I'm petrified of the dentist but needed a broken tooth removed due to extreme pain. I called on a Saturday and had an emergency appointment booked for the same day. Hi had to visit on Thursday evening as an emergency, I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist and everything that goes with it. I told Jas that and she was so incredibly understanding she made me feel really at ease. Talked gently throughout my appointment. I had to have a tooth extracted and I didn’t feel anything. My front tooth fell out the evening before setting off on holiday.
Searched the internet for help and came across Blackwater Dental.
They were open - amazing to start with. Quick phone call and given an appointment for forty minutes later. I was late as the traffic and roadworks were horrendous. I was still warmly greeted by Hafsa
and Dr Jas who was able to fix my crown back in place. One very happy customer with her smile restored. Good premises. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

needed an emergency appointment asap got one the same night , I chose tooth removal, the staff were absolutely fantastic! Eased my anxiety and eased my fear of dental surgeries.

Excellent.I didn’t want to be coerced into a payment plan or be subjected to unnecessary X-rays which previous dentists have displayed aggression upon learning. These guys were uber professional and impressive.I wanted a very tricky filling which was done to the utmost brilliant standard with no pain or discomfort infact it was a not unpleasant experience (rare) also it was achieved to the highest standard ON THE DAY.Absolutely brilliant. I recently had two dental implants done at Blackwater Dental, and I'm so glad I chose them. I was a bit nervous before the procedure, but my dentist, Hamza, made me feel comfortable and reassured from the start.

The whole implant process went much better than I expected. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Hamza was professional, skilled, and very caring, which gave me a lot of confidence.

I recently visited after being recommended by a friend as i was suffering from a severe toothache, this was the only dental surgery who saw me within the hour. As soon as i walked in i was so impressed by how modern and fresh it looked. I was greeted by the receptionst Sam who made me feel so welcome. I saw Dr Abdel who treated my toothache quickly and efficiently, i was so nervous but he immediately made me feel at ease. The prices are very reasonable and much lower than what ive seen elsewhere. Outstanding service from start to finish, i will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend :)

The dentist I saw Dr Abdel had great communication skills and fully delivered on the services, really friendly and made me feel at ease. My visit was about 3 weeks ago. My wife's root canal has been causing her problems for years.
The receptionist was very helpful and polite.
We were seen near our appointment time, I was seen by Abdul and the lady working with him.
We had X ray and was given options and we knew what we wanted, me and Mrs had discussed extraction of gum.
Abdul was patient and answered all our questions, and nothing was too much for him, I wish others were like this.

The lady working with him, wish I knew her name, she probably was from phillipines, but she treated us and my 3 year old like VIP,
Really caring.
Abdul was professional and considerate and wife was in caring arms during her treatment.

Don't hesitate, just book your visit, I hope NHS learn from this place.

After suffering bad toothache all weekend I decided I needed to visit an emergency dentist and I’m so pleased I found Blackwater dental surgery & implant centre. They saw me promptly (on a Sunday!) and, after an x ray, explained the treatment I would need and the cost before they went ahead. I came with a sharp excruciating pain on my lower molar that started midnight. Secured first emergency appointment at 0830. I was seen promptly by Dr. Abdel and showed my xray of the tooth and rightly suggested an extraction. It was 100% painless extraction as he promised. Recommended next steps. I travelled all the way from Brighton after hearing how good Ahmed is and it was completely worth it. He was calm, reassuring and very professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout and genuinely cared about doing the best job possible.

His confidence and skill put me at ease straight away and the treatment was much smoother than I expected. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and in looking after his patients. I could not recommend Ahmed highly enough.
